Hi
I moved yesterday from Rogers to Public and I am not able to get calls or text messages.
Internet works and I can call, but not sure what is happening.
Rogers says to ask the new provider to send a request, but how to do this?

It looks like that your port is stuck. You should be able to call out and text out. Unable to receive calls or text.
As stated above, you need to contact moderator to complete port. You should still be able to use your Roger's SIM card for now.

@leozera hi what's the make and model of the device? try resetting your network settings

To transfer your Rogers number to PM, you'll need to send a request to PM moderator_team.
To complete your port-in request, please open SIMon chatbot via this link and type in “port request” to be put in touch with a Moderator.
