How do I bring over my phone number? I’ve already activated my phone but would like my old number.

Less chance of input errors. Most porting of phone number just require account holder name and account number.

Thank you, it’s all switched over! Is there a reason I shouldn’t of filled out the pin and serial number?

@BClarkyour old number needs to be active. from there you need your old account number and name on the account exatlys as on the bill.
once you have that info loginto self serve click plans then click change number. and follow the prompls select bring ow number option
do not fill in imei or pin.
