How the billing works?

Will I get a physical bill or email if I am not on AutoPay?

Is there a smaple of the bill?

You may wish to consider auto pay and the $2/month credit you receive...it’s truly a pretty sweet deal.

@proza You will not get any bills. You can review your payment from your self-serve account. If you require general bill, you will need to send a private message to the Moderator_Team.

You will get a text message a few days before your renewal date, if you are on autopay or you have enough funds in your account you can ignore it. On your renewal date your account will change from Active to Expired/Suspended until the payment is processed. You will still be able to use your phone during this time, it could take a few hours.
