My $40 bill was paid March 12th but for some reason I can't call out to anyone. I get an automated message telling me to change/pay my plan.
The payment was received and I can receive phone calls and texting/data isn't an issue.
How do I fix this?

I'm not sure what #67 does, but what you wanted to use is *67, for manually blocking your number before a call. Although, this code doesn't work reliably anymore for some reason. Use #31# instead, it does the same thing.
There's also a setting on your phone to block your number on all outgoing calls. Generally found under the following settings:
iPhone= Settings>Phone>Show My Caller ID
Android= Phone>Settings>More Settings>Show My Caller ID

So I found out what the problem was.
Because of this COVID-19 scare my work is seeing if we can work from home. They wanted me to hide my number so I tried a phone call starting by typing #67 followed by the number. Apparently this bricks your phone and doesn't allow you to make outgoing calls until you restart.
Restarting is the fix. #67 is the cause.
Now I'm left wondering how to properly set up hidden call display.

My account status does say Active and I do not see a reactivate button.
I am restarting my phone now to test some of the other suggestions.

Could this be related to the 'all circuits are busy' message that myself and others are hearing today?

@coles Login to your self-service account. Does it say "Active"? Do you have enough funds there? Do you see Reactivation button?
