I keep trying to activate a new account but it keeps telling me invalid sim. I tried using incognito mode and different browser but that didn't help. What's my next move?

Some time has passed now, have you been successful?
The activation pages do not like users going back in pages, so if you done this at all it can produce that "invalid sim" message.
Close out, wait 50mins/1 hour, clear cache, open tab in incognito mode, then try again.
It can go pretty seamless, when all is aligned!

Presume you're using a new Public Mobile SIM and not one that had been previously used?

not sure if it would help, but perhaps try to enable cookies? or use regular browser instead of incognito?

Did your credit card get charged? If it did put sim in phone and reboot.
If it did not get charged try the live chat for activations after waiting one hour.
