Activation went wrong

After I received SIM card and picked number.

my phone is ok (unlocked phone).

It seems phone account is active.

But it shows “unregistered SIM”.

and someone already has the phone number I picked.

i am lost.

I would reach out to the MOD for this one. I activated 4 accounts with the last 30 days and no issues.

@Akt08   can you log in to your self serve account and see if it says active, also try to change your number in self serve if you can. If you can't  you'll have to message the moderator_team and ask them to help you. Just click on the question mark on the right hand side of the page and start a conversation with Simon the chat bot and tell him the problem and you'll get a ticket started for help from the moderators
