Activation Stuck on Payment, now SIM invalid

New card, went to activate and the process got stuck on the payment step (processing card). I let it sit all night, came back this morning, still stuck waiting. Refreshed page, started the whole activation process over again... now the SIM card is invalid and I can't go any further. Now what?

First check if your credit card was charged.  If it was charged, insert your PM SIM card in the phone to see whether it was activated successfully.  

 

If not charged, retry again, but clear cache, incognito mode or a different web browser.  Or try a different device.

Try to log in using incognito mode and check the account status.

Edit: If the account is not created yet and you didn't get your phone number to create it, you'll need to contact Customer Service for help.

i suggest you can try it for a different Browser and incognito mode,

close all Browser and do clear cache and cookies for any Browser,

how to clear cache and cookies in microsoft edge browser visit Here link,

use Browser microsoft edge or chrome latest version
and just make sure your Browser is up to date update
sometime is the Browser is not update is give a issue.

Sounds to me your SIM was activated (even though the end process froze up).

 

You can confirm this if your credit card was charged, and also insert the SIM into the phone, REBOOT, perform a reset of the network settings and see if you have any services.

 

 

If you were porting a phone number from another provider to Public Mobile than, you may need CSA to help with the port at this point. Please confirm.
