Activating sim

I had a previous account with Public Mobile, is there a way to get my old phone number back? As it is linked to my gmail, and I cannot access it until my old number is activated.

@ennjay16 try calling your number to see if it's still available. if nobody picks up you need to find out which carrier the number originated from. then try to reclaim it through that carrier. if it's a Telus number you can contact customer support

@ennjay16  your old number  is probably gone but you could call it to see if someone answers

@ennjay16 hi if has been longer than 90 days suspended you will need a new account/sim and email
