I too am having problems activating a new SIM card I referred a friend to. How frequently must I keep trying to get the new sim card activated? There is no number porting, and no credit card issue. I do not have time to keep trying to get support and dont know the telephone number of a human to beg for support.
Try it early in the morning, the site is the fastest then, should be ok
