@Biscocho8  did you message the moderators and get a ticket started with the link I posted this morning?

Check this link (in case there are differences between Huawei and Samsung setup on PM) and check your new APN settings:

https://apn-canada.gishan.net/en/apn/public-mobile/huawei-p10-lite

Restart your phone when you're done.

Is your phone unlocked?

What day did your Talk plan start?

What I'm gonna do now? " 😔

I also did that. But still not working

I also had to go into Access point names (APNs) and add Public Mobile.

Name Public Mobile

MMSC http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/MB/mmsc

MMS proxy 74.49.0.18

MMS port 80

MCC 302

MNC 220

Once I added that, it found the network.

Well @Biscocho8  if you tried all that and it's only calls that can't be made it means it's an account issue, click here to send a message to the Moderator_Team!

Still the same 😔

@Biscocho8 can you confirm that it goes to 3g when you try to make a call or does it stay on lte?  If you have WiFi on you might not be able to see the 3g or LTE so just shut wifi off if that's the case

Biscocho8

Yes there is 3g band

@Biscocho8  look at your phone model and look it up at willmyphonework.net to see if it has the 3g bands for talk. If so look in the settings for auto network mode so it will switch from lte to 3g automatically

First, make sure you've subscribed to a plan that includes calls / Talk. And that the number you're calling is within your subscription region (in province, in Canada, Us/International).

But also, I recall when I first joined Public Mobile with a Samsung Galaxy SIII that was unlocked from Bell, I had to switch to WCDMA/GSM network.

Settings - More Networks - Mobile Network - Network mode. It could take a good 5 minutes to auto connect.

@Biscocho8Make sure your phone is compatible to the Telus network.. need 3G Band 2 and or 5. You can also look up via the getting started page https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-started

Are you able to make a call now?  If not, click on the floating "?" on the lower right hand corner of this screen to reach a moderator.
