Activated new sim card yesterday, but phone still not working

check your online account, if account online looks normal, just maybe need reset your phone setting,to check carrier choose auto

You can try to take out and re-insert SIM card and then re-boot your phone.  If you tried the network reset already, possible factory reset.

Activation was home.

I got a new number

Model is Samsung S7

I took the plan $10 for my son(just have calls)

It says mobile networks not available

Sorry to hear about your troubles.  Can you provide more details?  To help determine if the community members can help or you may need help from moderators.  Where was the activation? home or instore?  Did you get a new number or port a number from another provider?  Which model phone?  Able to call in/out, text in/out, data?  Does your phone show pubic mobile network?
