Hello can you please elaborate on the problem with your email.

 

If it is an email you are trying to read in your inbox in the community, you need to click on the second line to open it up to read.

@Mike945 I can understand your frustration with this. On top of the steps already recommended by others, I’d make sure your phone’s unlocked from your previous carrier. If it’s not unlocked, you can ask them to unlock it for you.
