Hi all,


I’ve been trying to activate my Public Mobile account, but I’m having issues.


When I did my Account Setup it was saying ’’Invalid Sim’’. After reading a few posts on the Community, I decide to wait a few hours before trying again. 2 hours later I tried again, but the same issue came up. I tried once more 24h later, but same issue. I put the SIM card in my phone and restarted my phone to check if my SIM card was already activated or not. LOL it appears like it’s working, but I currently don’t have any account with Public Mobile. How can this issue can get resolved?

Did you started your activation adventure on Sept 13?

I would contact moderator to see what is happening. Your sim might be connected to somebody else account. 

 

To contact moderator via 2 methods:

  1. Ticketing system - faster response time

Click on the question mark on the right lower corner of website to start ticketing process to contact moderator.  Type: Contact moderator. Follow the prompts to submit ticket.

@terreeteau 

Did you get to the payment page when you activated your account?  Was your credit card charged?  What happens when you dial 611 on the phone?  It sometimes gets activated even though the website says there was a problem.
