Hi I just transferred from freedom to public mobile about 2 weeks ago, I don't see my $10 credit and I signed up online. I also want to know since I ported from freedom mobile is there any chance I could get the new 4.5gb bonus for 24 months.

If you signed up online for a $30 or more plan before midnight December 3 , the $10 a month for 6 months should apply.  If you signed up after December 3 but before December 15 (today), you did not qualify for this promo.  Do you know exactly when you signed up?

What plan did you sign up on is it $30 or greater?  Unfortunately the Freedom promo wasn't running when you joined so I don't think you will get it
