I am trying to log in to my account, but I get this message:
"Sorry ,your login has been disabled. Please visit the online Community at publicmobile.ca/community for assistance."
Please help me with this.

@y05505What happens if you dial your own number from another phone? Can you access your voicemail?

@y05505in the mean time is your phone working? You can still perform some operations with *611.
