Hi, I tried to order a SIM card several times, but the website said "unable to process" each time. However, I was charged 8 times. Please check and refund the duplicate charges.

Have you confirmed with your bank or credit card company that these are actual withdrawals and not pending charges? Sometimes those are misunderstood.
