HI @Martin21 It is not ideal to have the wrong email address there , but if you have your correct address on the order, at least you will for sure able to get the shipment.
So, open a ticket with CS Agent, but no need to worry about the shipment

When did you order the phones? It may take 2-3 weeks+ so if it is still early on you will have time to rectify your email issue and not worry you are going to miss a delivery or anything.

Contact agent to update your email for order and at the same time get tracking number.
To contact CSA, there are 2 methods:
- Use the ticketing system for a faster response time (preferred method as Ticket is assigned and easy to follow up with CSA). Click https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html and type ticket, then click on Contact Us, then click on issue you inquire about. Link for creating ticket will be presented.
- Send a private message to the CSA - agent by clicking Here
