This was from a week ago and it's not related to Samsung's UI updates. While it was down for the short time, it also affected web and 611.

It's on account of the big Android OneUI update that just came out, companies have to update their apps now in order to work with this latest Android update. If we're lucky the public mobile app will be even better than it was. I'm expecting this problem to be rectified come tomorrow, likely in the morning.

Could you try clearing your browser cache?
Edit: I saw another post with others experiencing the same glitch. They should fix it soon.
