was sent the text sms offer for $40 15GB of the new 4g data but it doesn't appear that the plan has updated via my account. I tried clearing cache aswell. can you please help. Thanks.

@ca1946 When was your renewal date? Accepting the offer via the text would mean that your plan would change at next renewal and not immediately. Did your account renew after responding to the text yet?

@ca1946 Should activate on the first renewal after texting Yes. If renewal has occurred and previous suggestions bring no joy, best contact the CSAs; click on https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html and enter your question in SIMon. Follow / invent the prompts until you reach the Contact Us button, click on it and a Submit Ticket button should appear. To confirm that your ticket has been submitted, check the SEND box in your private messages; click on the small envelope next to your avatar at the top right of your screen.

Hi, please use your laptop to login. However, do it through incognito / private mode.
Edit: Scroll through the plan offers using the arrow, there are two $40 plans offered. It's the second one.
