use of data add-ons

I have been unable to get my extra data into use for at least a month.  There is plenty available but I'm going to run out within a week.  I also find the website quite complicated to use.

To access My Account using Private mode with Safari on Mac:

Choose Safari > Settings, then click General. Click the “Safari opens with” pop-up menu, then choose “A new private window.”

I generally login from my desktop and it shows data available in my Add-ons.  It also logs me out quite quickly.  Don't see how to login as you suggested.

Check if your Mobile Data is turned. 

And make sure the data toggle is enabled on the app you cannot access internet at the moment

@GNV  Try rebooting the phone and check that you have data left 

simply try refreshing the page when logged in

add also make sure you have cellular data turned on

Are you on Android, check your data limiit , see if it is enabled, disable it if so

and try using data from different app, maybe some kind of block on one of the app

HI@GNV  login to My Account again using Incognito/Private/Secret mode to confirm you really have data add-on left still., in case you hvae been reading old cached info
