I up grade my phone plan from 3 G net work to 4G net work. My phone still showing using 3 G net work. Why is this happening? How to fix it?

@alexsung Which model? Does your phone have LTE?

Go to your Settings>> Mobile network>>Advanced>>preferred network type or mode>>choose 4G LTE/3G/2G (autoconnect) or 4G LTE if it only has singular network choices.

Set your networks in the phone to include 4G/LTE.
It's also possible that you're in a limited 4G coverage area.
Where are you seeing it say 3G? Is it showing an H? 3G? Is this during a call or when just resting?
