I've been trying for a week to update my credit card info and all I ever get is try again

You could also try using a different browser to log in and make changes.

Clear the cache and go incognito on your browser before login to your account if you are online.
Then go to the Payment section to change your CC information.
Your other option is to go to the PM app then click on the + in circle then to the Payment section.
To make a payment over the phone, dial 1-855-4PUBLIC then follow the prompts.

@Jeannine3 If your in a hurry you can buy payment vouchers and load them *611
if you can wait another full 24 hours and try updating again on computer or app instead
of still no luck submit ticket with support to help
