Will not allow me to update credit card. Says Ooops, something went wrong. I tried all the tips.
Also didnt recognize my nickname, had register a new one.
So frustrating, can't even get a hold of a human, the chat was a waste of time too

Thanks, your advice worked. They should put your tips on the page for updating credit card info. It's a no-brainer. This whole exercise was a waste of time and frustrating, except for your help. This is compounded with the fact that I've had similar problems updating my other accounts with the new expiry date.

This is odd that a different user name came up. This question only interests me because this morning, I myself updated my credit card information as it expires at the end of the month. I had no issues at all doing so. Very easy actually. Here's what I did. And before you follow these steps, please clear your history and cache then close your browser and reopen.
I logged into https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/
Click and bookmark this page
My email address and password are auto saved so I clicked on Log In
Click on Payments on the left side - then once loaded click on Magage subscription.
Click on Manage payment method and edit the credit card info. Enter it from scratch as you may see a auto populated ghosting like credit card. You have to enter the number again. Then update.
This should work. Fingers crossed!!

Did you try to login with a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode. Or even try the App to see whether that works.
Ticketing system does not seem to be working well.
Try to private message customer service agent. Send a private message to CSA through the following link :

Wait a full hour before trying again. But this time, please use the app to try.
If you have been using the app, them try again with a browser but with Incgonito mode
