I need help porting my phone number to Public but as I am unable to verify my account, I am unable to move forward with resolving my porting issue.

Make sure you have your old SIM in your phone to confirm the text with YES that you are porting over to PM…you have a 90 minute window to confirm.
If you missed this window, you need to contact a CS_Agent to restart the porting process on this Community page by private messaging or Chat.

I have entered all the information to submit a ticket but as I am new customer I am unable to submit payment info and this appears to be why I can't validate my account.

You mean for porting you don't have the account number of the provider you want to port from OR have your IMEI number for the phone you are porting? You would need only one of those 2 things.
