You won't be able to create ticket using Chatbot as you won't be able to get a code to login, so to get a hold of support, you can submit ticket by direct message:

I assume you downloaded the app and purchased on from the app? Did you go into your settings to confirm the eSIM isn't there? If it is there, change it to primary. If it's not there and you need help downloading a new one, contact a CS Agent.
