trying to submit ticket to resolve US Data add-on not working

My kid is in the Sanfrancisco USA and the PM US Data add-on does not work.  She had the same troubles two months ago when she was in Atlanta.  She has done all of the basic stuff trying to get onto T-mobile network but it does not work.  Please help.  Thanks.

manually connected to T-Mobile and reboot phone, not works, open ticket with PM support and ask them to check it,   At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket
