have tried five times over two days and the website keeps rejecting my operational phone number again and again.....most aggravating. it is on Koodo network... so it should work for sure!

@sturco - would be nice if it was more explanatory during activation.

Also, in the help articles are the methods to contact Public Mobile Representatives (CSA), found here:

When incoming calls stop going to the Koodo SIM card, that is usually an indication that the porting was completed over to Public Mobile.

Choose a temporary number and contact pm. Include in your message your account number, phone number and your full name on your koodo account. Then pm completes the transfer for you.

thank you, yes indeed it is a prepaid Koodo number with autopay. I suppose that doesn't make a difference....so... I have to take a temp number from Public Mobile , and then contact KOODO?

Are you trying to port a koodo prepaid number? You must take a temporary number and contact customer support after activation to complete the number transfer for you.
