trouble with phone line

dos anyone as a phone number to contact public mobile.. paying for the last 2 monts and i have no service

Public Mobile does not provide support by e-mail.  The private messaging system isn't e-mail.

Let us try to help as well.   What phone do you have? You have no voice and data and text? Or just no voice? 

Did you try Reset Network settings on your phone?

Didyou try your sim on another phone?

If you need PM to help instead, they have no phone number to call, you need to open ticket 

  Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
