When I get my new sim card triple, can someone explain in detail how to transfer my cell number into the new sim card, NOTE I am with public mobile alreay, , the reason is I am going from a samsung s3 to a s6 which is a NANO sim card. than you

tried use browser from computer, clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,

I agree. Even if the current card is not pre-cut, all you need to do is to cut it almost to the only metal portion. Done that quite a few times by myself and it worked. Another option would be to go some mobile shops as they might have a tool to cut it cleanly to nano size.. 

@dominiqueboy71 unlikely, it seems like he was here since 2019 but a possibilty I guess

The customer may have a SIM card from around 2015 when Public Mobile sold each size seperately.

You would change to your new SIM card by logging into your Self Serve account at selfserve.publicmobile.ca.  Go to the Profile section.and click on Edit Account Info.

To change to the new sim card, just login to My Account , click Quick Link , Change Sim card.  then enter your new sim card number and follow the steps
