Hi There, want to transfer an existing phone public mobile phone number. to a new public mobile account. We lost control of the previous account. How do we transfer the number to a new sim #.

You don’t need to open a new account with the new SIM.
All you have to do is to login to old account with the assistance of a CS_Agent help.
Then once in your account go to Account tab then click on Change Your SIM Card and enter the new SIM s/n.
Simple as that.
Dm a CS_Agent to help you login to your account.

You cannot transfer number from one account to another, but PM CS agent can help you to gain access back to your old account
