subscription at renewal date did not changed

I choosed to have the plan changed at renewal date and nothing happaened, i'm still on the old plan. i made no mistake, it was clearly written will automatically change ... i did not take a screen shot

did it happen to anybody else?

Hi Alexav,

You private messaged me, but I couldn't even log in to the message you sent me as it said I didn't have permission to send you a message, wtf.

PM's convoluted customer support is complete garbage, but it did work for me.

I was in the same situation as you and I did contact the customer service.

The wait is long and disconnected, not sure how they came up with this system, but is inefficient and extremely slow. 

Tell them what plan you were expecting and the renewal that you chose and you should be successful, but it may take as long as one month.

In my case I had 3 accounts and only one actually renewed on the date without a big deal, as I couldn't see anywhere that I had changed the plan, but on the day of renewal it changed.

The other two cases I had took more than three weeks and about ten customer service agents, unbelievable!

click on the orange bubble on lower right side of page to start process of Customer Support.

@Alexav  quite a few people have been complaining about this lately.  And you refreshed the page and it's still the old plan?

Schedule it again.

I guess you can ask an agent and see what they say.  I dont know what they'll say or do.

You'd have to create a ticket through the chatbot.
