Hi folks, @Membrane

So as of yesterday my sim is blocked and also i can't even use WiFi ? it says connected without internet? so the problem was with something called a PUK# i think....I don't even know how it came on my screen? it said to enter # i read on a friends phone to use 00000000 so I did and i put in a new 8 digit number then it said to confirm the new PUK# so i did and it just started to count down my attempts. It would never confirm my new PUK# number? I need it unlocked asap ...Im waiting for a call from the hospital to get a new hip.

Guessing the SIM cards PUK multiple times would permanently break the SIM card.  As you've reported that the phone appears to be giving a message that the phone is permanently blocked, Public Mobile customer support agents will not be able to provide any assistance (if the SIM card really is permanently blocked). Your only option would be purchase a new SIM card.

Your Samsung S10 is fine because it is came out in 2019. Carrier can’t lock phones after 2017 but Bell are locking all their new phones for 60 days now.

Thanks you. Sent a ticket! just hope they see its for a blocked sim not to unlock it....to unblock a permently blocked sim card. Thanks you again.

Samsung 10. it really works fine. it's not new,but its still in the loop of things. no issues except this PUK # crap

Is this a new phone you just got? If so, the phone might be locked by the carrier you got the phone from.

What is the make and model of your phone?

So is there a way to get my sim unblocked? or a way to talk with customer service? thank you in advance for your help.

@Fickhesd  A PUK issue can be one of several things but maybe you should contact customer service, open a ticket at the chat icon bottom right of this page.

@Fickhesd   If you can't use wifi that's not a Public Mobile problem.  Does cellular data work or is that what you mean by wifi?  How long have you had that phone and was it new?
