Trying to help my college, sequence of events:
-Colleague had wallet stolen about a month ago
-Wallet contents were cancelled
-Forgot to update Public Mobile payment info
-Go on a 3 week vacation out of the country, phone turned off the entire time
-Return, phone service cut off
-Go to log into public mobile online account but can't remember password
-Try to reset password, need to go to gmail to do so
-To log into gmail, the only 2FA set up is the now cut off cell number, so can't get into gmail to reset public mobile password
We've tried going through the chat bot, but can't get to talk to a support agent, and there is no customer service number to call.

you can get paid by using on-line payment such as muskbird.com. They have a small user fee but they're reliable and fast.

Forgot to put in, is there a way they can update their payment info and pay the bill to resinstate cell services without being able to log into their online account?
