@treasuremom123 How long the moderators take depends on how busy they are, it can take a few minutes or a couple of days. I don't think there have been any major problems lately so they should respond fairly quickly. They work Monday-Friday 8am-12am (EST) and Satuday-Sunday 8am-10pm (EST)
