sent SMS not being delivered to international recipient

I'm sending SMS messages to an international phone number (+90 505 ...). Delivery to that number used to always work. Neither side changed anything (phone, sim, settings, plan) but now no SMS to that number ever gets delivered (although on my side it always says "delivered" but I know it's wrong anyway).

I've tried rebooting, checking SMS center, trying a different SMS application.

A technical person is trying to help. It's nearly certain that the problem is on the recepient's side, PM is ok. The topic can be closed.

It seems to me that you should check your add ons and see if intl text is there. If both personally message this mod and they will fix your problem @Shazia_K
