payment was always atuomatic then said i. didn't make full payment....then woul'nt take my credit card

How much is your plan? How much did they charge your card? How much is in your available funds?

Were you on the grandfathered $10 plan? That went up at end of April to 13.
If not is most likely an autopay failure. Going forward you can combat against that by manually adding the funds just before your renewal date that will cover the plan.

Just use "other amount" using the "amount due" is just asking for further confusion. Check your credit card expiry date first just in case.

Hi @simonbaarbe Autopay fails from time to time. Login to My Account and check if your status is suspended. If it is , go to make manual payment and reactivate. Start with using Amount Dur option. If it didn't work, try again using the option Others and enter and plan amount + $1 extra
