wait 24 hours and try again using Incognito mode

if you get the same error, then ask PM to help.   You won't be able to open proper Chatbot ticket, so just message them

@Peanut3877 are you trying to access your account through the PM website or from your PM app? Which ever one you tried, give the other a try to see if you can get in. For web, you can also try using a different browser or try clearing the browser's cache or even signing in incognito mode
