ridiculous login logic, problems with OTP

Hello:

I have got two other numbers that I control. The simcards are currently outside Canada, so I can't receive OTP over SMS. Now the alternative way of getting OTP over email doesn't produce any results. I don't know how else I can login.

When I try to request online support, and after indicating I CAN'T LOGIN, it suggest that I login to request support. Is this a joke or what? Spent half an hour trying to work around you run-around logic.

Please contact me ASAP and help. I am just trying to pay for the service, if I don't get help promptly, I am just dropping it.

They respond, but the responses are useless. After 4 hours of multiple back and forth, I am still at the same point. 

Basically, they suggest to get the OTP, which was the problem to start this. Cool.

As in they can't help you are you can't contact them or them didn't reply to your message? I just message them 15  minutes ago regarding a message i sent earlier. Then someone else responded to me 2 minutes later asking if I still need help or close the case.

As a matter of fact, I haven't got through. And the support agents are totally useless. I am giving up. 

I am not the one losing paying clients.

If all of your numbers are already tied to Eversafe the it won't work for you. 

I also deal with other accounts and I get the code sent to my phone, none PM number.  I hope you got through already.

it is an account issue and Community member cannot help with login problem

and the suggest direct message method does not requre you to login My Account, you can use your Community account access.  

I did suggest a quick workaround to get your accout renewed first, use RTP with muskbird.com

or there is another smart workaround, if you have the voicemail PIN, then select Send voice message to get the 2FA code.  Call your voicemail from another phone and retrieve the code

so, we have suggested many ways here, hope one of them works

So far all they suggest is to request support from the account I can't log in into. How smart is that?

one phone number can only be tied with one EverSafe account.  So, all your phone numbers are linked with EverSafe, you have no spare to use

anyway, ask support to help and they will sort it out

All my numbers are associated with a respective Eversafe. Not sure what you mean, I can change the number in the Eversafe that I can login into (this one), but it will only make all OTP sent to this new number I can't login into in the first place, so I will just lose one more access.

 If you have another phone number that is not associated with  Eversafe,  once you gain access to the account you can change the phone number in the profile to get code sent to you directly. 

I'm not sure if it will allow more than 1 phone number it works.

I also get codes sent to my email all the time.

Of course I have tried multiple times, and it doesn't work for any of my registered emails. Not that I can't figure out which code was first, but I do not get ANY codes. And yes, I have checked the spam folder too. And incognito mode doesn't work for me too.

i used that all the time and it works.

try send email again with a Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser

and make sure the code you use is the one just sent.  I did it wrong before by using old code as I was using gmail and it merged all those email in the same thread and I didn't scroll down enough

yes I agree 2FA is essential. The question is why it doesn't deliver the OTP to the working email though. And why you can't get online support to log in, without logging in first. Am I the only one seeing a problem with logic here?

for security, sites and businesses have to use 2FA, and this is always a problem for using 2FA, so it is not a PM only problem

But if you cannot login with the code via email, message support here

if you need to pay urgently, you can also use Real Time payment via 3rd party site.  One reliable one is muskbird.com
