request another transfer to my new phone

The request for transfer from Freedom Mobile to Public Mobile timed out and therefore was cancelled.  How do I get public mobile to request another transfer. Mostly everything was transferred and I can use my new phone, but my old phone is still receiving texts and phone calls.  I called Freedom Mobile and they said I would need Public Mobile to request another transfer.

I will private message you the Telus team porting number. That would be the quickest way to re-initiate port.  You could also submit a ticket for Customer service agent help. Make sure to keep you Freedom mobile SIM card in your phone to receive the confirmation text.
