Send a port request as soon as you have the other account configured. A confirmation text will appear on your Public Mobile SIM card, and you must respond to it with Yes.

Have you requested porting from Koodo yet? You need to setup a Koodo account and request porting from there. After the request, you will get a text on your PM phone, reply Yes within 90 mins.

You need to contact Koodo but have your PM SIM in your phone to reply to the confirmation text from PM.
Have your PM account number handy for Koodo to have all your PM account information for a smoother porting.
BTW, your PM account must be active to port over.
