refund of Add-on international phone call purchase

I need to call South Africa and found there is Add-on for 300 mins international phone call. I then purchased twice, second time was by mistakenly clicked again. I then tried to call an South Africa number +27 xx xxx xxxx, but cannot get through. I did further research and found some post that shows the list of countries eligible for this add-on and South Africa is not listed. I no longer need the add-ons, can I get the refund for the two purchased Add-ons?

usually no refunds allowed...but click the orange bubble on lower right side of page to start process to get Customer Support and ask for credit rather than actual refund.
