HI @patdad how long the account was suspended ? If more than 90 days, it would have been closed
Try to call 1-855-4PUBLIC and enter your dad phone number. If it says cannot find the number, then the account was permanently closed and the number would be gone
If it can find you the account , then you can try to get access back to My Account, just open ticket with PM Support
or get a voucher from Shoppers or Loblaw and you can load the voucher via *611
or you can go for retail top up as well, there is a small fee but it is easy. Instant top-ups are available at most Canadian Tire Gas, Esso, Gateway Newstands, and MacEwen locations.

Do you know how long it has been suspended?
He could access his account without an agent, but only if he knows his security question and email used for his account etc, otherwise do as Meow suggests and connect with an agent

@patdad You can also purchase a voucher from retailers like Canadian Tire, London Drugs, SDM or gas/convenience stores and load the funds on it by dialing *611 on your dad's phone or give the PIN to your dad if you don't have access to his phone.

As long as he is within 90 days of no payment, his account is still 'alive'.
