If you're on the $25 you should have unlimited minutes. You shouldn't run out. You said you topped up, have you rebooted your phone? That sometimes helps. If you're still having issues, you can reach out to a CS Agent.

hi @rickseigel you can buy this add-on:
500 min Canada-Wide Long Distance - $5.00
but if you have an unlimited Canada wide calling plan, then the error could be just a gltich, reboot your phone and try again

To get back up and running, you can add funds to your account either by credit card or vouchers. Vouchers can be picked up at places like Shoppers Drug Mart and added to your account via 611 on your phone. Then you'd be back up for another 30 day plan.

are you on $15 or $13 plan with limited minutes? you have to login My Account to buy calling minutes add-on. There is a $5 one for calling within Canada
