I've just finished with the application process as well as the payment process for setting up a new account. and was just using the app to transfer my old number over to public mobile, and at the last stage it says "subscription not activated" 'something didn't go right while activating your subscription.
then it tells me to click below to get customer support, but the application isn't even allowing me to contact the public mobile personnel
I just need help
