Hi,
I don't know how to make the changeover to PM again. I have an EE SIM card and a PM SIM card. I got back yesterday from the UK and need help. I need to switch cards and that's fine, but how do I reset the phone number? I haven't done this before. I have both SIM cards and their details.

Thank you, this worked. I had tried rebooting twice this morning before I posted my question. However, I tried rebooting for the 3rd time just now, and then it switched over automatically. Many thanks!

@Gillian416 , the phone number you have with EE has nothing to do with the one you get with Public Mobile. Just activate the Public Mobile SIM and select a number based on location selection. Once you start using the Public Mobile SIM in your phone, the number you activated to will work. By the way the activate link is the top of the web page.

HI@Gillian416 you shouldn't need to do much
Remove the UK sim card from the phone, put the PM sim card back in. Maybe one more reboot.
Let us know if it connecting to PM network
