Create a new Eversafe account and password. You will get a 2FA code to your phone to get into your account.

but to get account number, submit ticket to agent at: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

@johnmclean - on your My Account under the Profile section.
Or, did you receive an activation email? If so the account number should be in the TO line of the email.
@johnmclean Log into your my account and go to profile tab
