problem with new account, number transfer not successful

My current service has been cancelled and I have not received an esim to transfer my number.

Did you cancel your previous account prior to porting your number to Public Mobile?

Or are you saying that you received the sms text and replied to it but didnt receive the email with the QR code from Public Mobile?

Check with them by creating a ticket.
