Been trying to contact someone at PM as I didn't cancel my subscription prior to porting over my number.
Also trying to get a copy of my last months phone bill.
Any suggestions?

Yup. Your account is gone... BUT be on a look out for next few months; by glitch your credit card might be charged even though account is closed.
You should remove CC and autopay from your account before leaving PM. Good luck and I hope this will not happen to you (but some did report it happened to them).

Yes if you port out your number your account is closed. That is standard practice of all providers
