I’d like to have my number authorized for port to freedom as I don’t have a sim anymore you need to manually authorize

1.5 gb/month and I take it the 25GB is in your account until it is fully used up without expiry? That is definitely an amazing deal, the only thing I have always been wary about is their network from what I have heard, they say it is improved but still issues at times. Keep us updated on your experience.

It is in process with freedom now, I have contacted CSA- waiting on responce now I don’t want to buy a card just for port I just paid $15 to reactivated my account so I can have number ported

@Taradise have you request the porting on Freedom yet?
Usually, approval without the text is not allowed. You should get a PM sim from store, request change sim so you can receive the text.
You can try your luck with PM support but I am not sure they will allow a manual approval:
1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there

You would have to have PM SIM in your phone in order porting to work smoothly.
If you do not have PM SIM anymore contact agent to assist you.
