How to port number from “Blank” to Public Mobile
Blank meaning another provider. And it's in air quotes.

If your number is on a postpaid Koodo account, the procedure is the same as if porting from most other carriers. You would need to go into your Self Serve account (through the website or the app) and go into the Profile area. There's an option to transfer a phone number.
If your phone number is in a prepaid Koodo account, you'll need to ask a Public Mobile customer support agent for help. You would need to go to the chatbot to open a ticket.

If the chatbot gives an error message, then send a private message to CS_Agent.
